About Menopause Clarity

Menopause can be complicated. Understanding it shouldn’t be.

Menopause Clarity was created to make the menopause transition easier to understand — with straightforward educational information that helps women see the bigger picture behind what they’re experiencing.

Hot flashes may be the symptom everyone knows about. But menopause can also affect sleep, energy, mood, concentration, body composition and many other aspects of how you feel.

When those changes appear at the same time, they can feel like a collection of unrelated problems.

Menopause Clarity is built around a simpler idea: understand the connections.

Our Approach

We believe useful menopause education should make complicated information clearer, not more intimidating.

That’s why Menopause Clarity focuses on explaining what’s happening in plain English, helping women understand how different changes may be connected, and providing better questions to take into conversations with qualified healthcare professionals.

Our educational materials draw on reputable, publicly available medical and research sources. We aim to separate useful information from unnecessary jargon, exaggerated promises and one-size-fits-all solutions.

Menopause Clarity does not diagnose medical conditions or replace individualized medical care.

Adrian McCluskey, founder of Menopause Clarity

Why Menopause Clarity Was Created

Menopause Clarity was founded by Adrian McCluskey after seeing firsthand how difficult it could be to find menopause information that was clear, practical and easy to put together.

The idea began when Adrian’s girlfriend was going through perimenopause. As he started looking into the questions she was asking, he found no shortage of menopause information — but much of it was scattered across different sources, symptoms and topics.

Over roughly the next year, Adrian researched the menopause transition and cross-checked information using established patient-education and medical sources. A recurring problem became clear: understanding an individual symptom was often easier than understanding how the different pieces might fit together.

That became the idea behind Menopause Clarity and eventually the Menopause Clarity System — organizing complicated information into a clearer educational framework that makes the menopause transition easier to understand.

Adrian is not a doctor, and Menopause Clarity is not a medical practice. His role is to research, organize and translate complex information into clear, accessible educational material.

The Menopause Clarity System

The Menopause Clarity System (MCS) takes this educational approach further.

Rather than looking at one symptom at a time, MCS provides a structured educational program designed to help women understand the menopause transition, recognize patterns in what they’re experiencing and organize that information into practical next steps.
